Things To Do in October for the Family

Updated: Oct 13, 2022

It's finally Fall in New Orleans and thankfully the weather is starting to cool down. This time of year is my favorite to participate in picnics, festivals, and every outside event we can attend! The kids enjoy the latter part of the year because the holiday season is approaching and there are so many fun things to do in the city.

From pumpkin patches to corn mazes to Halloween being right around the corner, October is jammed-packed with activities for the whole family. I've rounded up some Spooky Season events and some other fun activities to get your family out of the house and enjoying the great weather this month.
